Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how payments and refund requests for BuildBundles are handled when payment is processed through Paddle. All requests are subject to Paddle's Refund Policy, Paddle Buyer Terms, and any mandatory rights granted under applicable local law.
General Principle
Payments for BuildBundles are processed through Paddle as the payment provider and merchant of record. When a refund request is submitted, eligibility and the final decision are assessed in accordance with Paddle's official policy and the legal requirements that apply to the transaction.
Refund Request Period
You may submit a refund request within 14 days from the transaction date. Submitting a request within this period does not guarantee automatic approval in every case, but it ensures the request is reviewed within Paddle's supported timeframe, subject to applicable local consumer rights.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, use the receipt link or the manage subscription link included in your payment confirmation email, or submit the request directly through Paddle at paddle.net. We recommend using the same purchase details used at checkout to help speed up the review.
Subscriptions and Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation by itself does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period unless a refund request is approved under Paddle's applicable policy.
Technical Issues and Processing
If you experience a material technical issue or cannot access the service as described, you may contact us first at support@buildbundles.com so we can try to resolve it. If the issue remains unresolved, you may continue the refund request through Paddle. When a refund is approved, the amount is usually returned to the original payment method, typically within up to 14 days from approval depending on the payment provider.
Access After Refund
If a refund is approved, access to the subscription or service related to the refunded transaction may be removed. If you need help regarding a payment or the status of a refund request, you may contact us at support@buildbundles.com in addition to Paddle's official support channels.
