Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
These Terms govern your use of the BuildBundles platform, including the website, the BuildBundles app, and the backend infrastructure related to content management, app building, subscriptions, signing materials, and downloads. By accessing, registering for, or continuing to use the service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
Nature of the Service and Acceptance
BuildBundles is a platform that helps you create, manage, customize, and build Android applications using visual tools, cloud services, and a dedicated build server. The service, its features, and its technical implementation may evolve over time. Your continued use of the service means you accept reasonable updates to these Terms and to the service itself.
Accounts, Eligibility, and Responsibility
A valid account is required to use BuildBundles, and sign-in may require a Google account and accurate, current information. You are responsible for all activity under your account, for maintaining the security of your devices and access methods, and for ensuring that no unauthorized person uses your account in a way that violates these Terms or puts the platform or other users at risk.
Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal
BuildBundles offers a free plan and paid plans such as VIP, and those plans may include limits on apps, pages, build capabilities, copying features, or other functionality. Billing may be handled through Google Play for in-app purchases or through Paddle on the website, and renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the payment provider used, together with any applicable policies we publish such as the Refund Policy. Failure to pay or subscription expiry may restrict certain platform features or access.
Permitted Use and Prohibited Content
You must use BuildBundles lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the platform to create, manage, or publish illegal, pornographic, violent, inciting, deceptive, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise prohibited content, or content that violates store policies or third-party rules. You also may not use the service in ways intended to damage the platform, bypass technical restrictions, manipulate subscription systems, abuse build infrastructure, or misuse authentication or security features.
Your Responsibility for Apps and Projects
You are responsible for the content, data, settings, links, media, and external service identifiers you place in your projects, including Firebase settings, AdMob and OneSignal identifiers, package names, icons, and any files or materials used during build or publishing. You are also responsible for complying with applicable laws, Google Play policies, privacy requirements, and any disclosures required inside the apps you create or distribute.
Builds, Publishing, and External Dependencies
BuildBundles depends on cloud infrastructure and third-party services to provide parts of the service, including data management, subscription verification, package generation, notifications, ads integration, and downloads. We do not guarantee acceptance of apps in Google Play or any other store, and we are not responsible for decisions, fees, rule changes, or technical requirements imposed by third parties. Some build or publishing features also require valid files, credentials, and project settings supplied by you in order to function properly.
Intellectual Property and License
Ownership of the content, data, branding, and materials you upload or create within your app remains with you or its rightful owner, as applicable. However, BuildBundles retains ownership of the platform itself, the administration interface, the internal system, the core codebase, the cloud architecture, the build mechanisms, and any proprietary service components, designs, tools, or operating logic unless expressly stated otherwise. You are granted a limited right to use the service within your plan and under these Terms, but you are not granted any right to copy, resell, reverse engineer, modify the platform source, or exploit the service beyond its authorized use.
Availability, Limits, and Disclaimers
We aim to provide a stable, high-quality service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation, especially for features that depend on networks, app stores, external providers, or the build server. We may apply queues, wait times, operational limits, maintenance windows, security controls, or temporary restrictions on certain features depending on plan type or technical and security conditions. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties beyond those required by applicable law.
Suspension, Termination, and Account Deletion
We may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate access to the service if we determine that there has been a breach of these Terms, misuse, fraud, unlawful conduct, security risk, prohibited content, or interference with technical systems. You may also request account deletion through the tools made available in the app or website. That request disables platform access and archives account-related platform records instead of deleting your Firebase Realtime Database app content. Suspension, disabled access, deletion requests, or failure to renew a subscription may restrict access to certain apps or editing and build features inside the platform, while some records may still be retained where needed for legal, financial, fraud prevention, security, or operational purposes.
Legal Responsibility, Updates, and Contact
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildBundles is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or opportunity-related losses, including lost profits or data, arising from your use of the service, inability to use it, or from actions or services of third parties. We reserve the right to update these Terms whenever required for legal or operational reasons. If you have any questions about these Terms, permitted use, subscriptions, rights, or legal notices, contact us at support@buildbundles.com.
